Who we are
We are Airflow Edition, creators of our website and products. We started our journey with the creation of the Airpocket and continue to grow. We sell fighting gear, with our focus on quality and customization. All our gear is made from Mexico and can be customized to fight your fighting style.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
In our contact forms, information required includes name and email. This information is only used for contacting the user back with any questions or concerns they may have. This data will be deleted 1-2 years after the email exchange is resolved.
Cookies
All cookies will be listed here that are being used on the website. Any cookies we miss, we apologize and will try to get them on here for your information as soon as possible. We reverse the right to not have errors and correct them when they are know. Thank you for your corporation.

Third-Party Link (Instagram/YouTube/Etc.)
Embedded content for any third party site will have different data collection policies and rules that are out of our control. We share some of our social links on the website which contain their own privacy policies and cookies. For your safety and protect, be aware that once you leave our site to others such as Instagram, YouTube, etc. the policies are different.

Paypal
We use the PayPal Gateway extension to process secure payments/transactions. We do not process payments ourselves, it is all done from PayPal to ensure security. Some data is sent to PayPal during the PayPal transaction, which include billing address, shipping address, name, email, number and total amount.

WooCommerce
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. This information may include name, address, product purchases, amounts, etc. that are used to ensure a smooth operation of the online store for our website.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site as previously mentioned.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others

Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with any other website or third party. The only data that doesn’t come from our end is during the PayPal transaction, in which PayPal ensures a secure method of payment.
How long we retain your data
The personal data that we hold includes your name, address, and email along with any other information that is used during a purchase. This information is held and used for shipping and contacting the user if anything is to occur. This information will be deleted if contacted by the user to delete this information or some time in future.
Purchase information will also be held for purposes of taxes and other business oriented purposes.
